Focusing on fashion apparel textiles,we also produce sportswear textiles and
industrial materials, pursuing high-density fabrics that are superior not
only in function but also in beauty and texture.

• 织前准备Preparation

  

  在北陆产地进行原纱准备、加捻等纱线加工和经轴准备。为提高织造过程中的生产效率和品质、按照经过反复验证的数据进行严格管理。

  At the Hokuriku Production District, we prepare yarn,conduct yarn processing such as twisting, and prepare the warp beam. To improve the productivity and quality of weaving, we manage each process thoroughly based on our studied data.

• 织造Weaving

  

  作为高密度织物的先锋、运用多年积累的标准管理手法和独有的经验诀窍、生产优质织布。在追求织造瑕疵无限接近于零的同时、继承发扬了手工织造般的外观、质感等富有感性的精湛工匠技艺。

  As a pioneer of high-density fabrics, we produce high-quality textiles by making full use of our specifications management and unique know-how cultivated over the years. While we aim for zero defects in weaving, we also value the careful work of artisans that appeal to the senses, such as the appearance and texture of hand-woven fabric.

• 检卷Inspection

  

  为保证出厂产品无瑕疵、我们会按照最新织机的卷号管理、花时间对完成的织布进行仔细检验。检验项目不仅包括肉眼可见的纱结、还有完全凭借手感判断的纱线张力和质感、这些检查必须依靠熟练操作才能胜任。

  Under the production management of the latest looms, we take time to carefully inspect the textiles, making sure to ship out products without defects. The skill of experienced workers is indispensable in checking not only for visible flaws in weaving,but also for the tension of the thread and texture, which can only be assessed by touch in hands.

• 品质管理Quality Management

  

  染好的产品要在试验室经过最终确认。检查项目不仅有防泼水、耐水压、撕裂等标准、还包括张力、卷曲状态等方方面面、造就功能性与美观性兼备的优质高密度织物。

  The dyed fabrics go through final inspection. Specifications such as water repellency, water pressure resistance, and tear strengt hare checked, also conditions such as tension and crimp of yarns. Through inspection from many angles, we produce high-quality,high-density fabrics that combine function and beauty.

  在传承第一织物技术的一家协作工厂进行生产。最大限度地发挥中国独有的原纱采购、多品种织造技术等中国生产的优势、让第一织物的低科技高感性生产技术在此扎根。

  We have production at the partner factory where we have passed our technique, where Daiichi Orimono’s low-tech, high-sensitivity manufacturing has taken root. We make the most of the advantages of production in China, such as the procurement of yarns and weaving technique for wide range of textiles.
