  We analyze the last season’s sales performance of each area, then forecast what will be the main product of following season, regional preferences are also taking into consideration. Based on this, we develop a plan to strengthen sales. For newly developed textiles, we define the positive point and draw up a marketing plan that suits each area

• 市场营销规划Market Planning

  

  与设计室共享策划的销售强化方案和新面料宣传方案、按地区设定颜色和品号并编制地图。
  按照从欧洲开始的营业计划、制作成品样衣作为销售工具。在依次反馈全部地区评价的同时、不断追求效果。

  The sales and marketing plan for the new textiles is shared with the design team. We create a map of colors and target items designated for each area. We make sample garments for sales promotion, according to the sales schedule starting from Europe. On a daily basis, we look for effectiveness while providing feedback on evaluation of all areas.

• 日本国内销售Domestic sales

  

  以东京展厅为据点、通过每年两次的展会和平时的策划协商、向广泛的客户群体提供方案。凭借拥有储备功能的库存色销售模式、满足客户的短交期要求。

  Based in Tokyo show room, we make proposals to a wide range of customers through daily meetings and exhibitions held twice a year. Our color stock operation, which functions as a stockpile, allows quick delivery.

  Using agents in each country, we make proposals based on the sales plan for each season. By exchanging opinions for new textiles and garment samples from the same viewpoint, we have built a strong relationship with sophisticated top maison, receiving high praise and continuous business over the years.

• 中国销售China sales

  

  在上海设立当地法人、北到北京、南到深圳、面向广泛的客户群体、开展以展厅展会为主的各种营业活动。另外还将中国协作工厂生产的面料销往中国内地、韩国及欧美。

  With our local subsidiary established in Shanghai, we conduct various sales activities such as showroom exhibitions for a wide range of customers, from Beijing in the north to Shenzhen in the south. We also sell textiles produced at our partner factory in China to customers all over the world.
