  営業部との情報交換により、お客様の求める風合いや機能を分析しながら、販売実績のある素材を更に深掘りします。汎用性を付加させることでより広いマーケットに繋げます。

  By exchanging information with the sales department, we search more extensively for textiles that provide good sales performance while analyzing the textures and functions required by customers.Adding versatility leads to even broader markets.

• 糸加工Yarn Processing

  

  世界中のメーカーから開発目的に合った原糸を選定し、撚糸の有無や回転数など素材に適した糸加工を見つけ出すため、試行錯誤を繰り返します。

  We take great care in sourcing the perfect yarn from manufacturers around the world that suits the development purpose. We then work through trial and error to find the right method of yarn processing for the textiles, such as whether or how to twist yarns.

• 製織技術確立Establishing Weaving Technique

  

  組織、経緯の密度、張力やクリンプ率までも考慮し、テストにテストを重ね、それぞれの品番の製織技術が確立します。他にはない高感性で上質な高密度織物を創り出すために、たゆまぬ努力が続きます。

  Weaving technique for each textile is established through detailed and repeated testing, taking into consideration the structure, warp and weft density, tension, and crimp rate. We work tirelessly to create unparalleled high-density fabrics that are superior in quality and sensitivity.

• 後加工Post Processing

  

  世界一といわれる北陸産地の染色加工技術。品番毎に数社の協力工場へ依頼、加工テストを繰り返し、目的に合った最適な仕上がりを探し出します。

  Dyeing and finishing technique in Hokuriku production District is said to be the best in the world. For each fabric,we reach out to several cooperating factories and carry out repeated processing tests to find the optimum finish that suits our purposes.
