  素材開発ミーティングでは、仕立て映えや縫製上の問題が無いか等、最終アイテムまで想定した意見交換が行われます。

  At the development meeting, we hold discussions imagining the final product in mind,such as how to make good in finish appearance, whether there are any problems in sewing.

  上質な高密度織物の特別な風合いは、密度の高さだけでなく一本一本の糸の並び方にもこだわり、テストにテストを重ねる、試行錯誤の繰り返しから生まれます。

  The special texture of our high-density fabrics is created through repeated testing with trial and error, particular attention not only to the level of density but also to the alignment of each yarn.

  素材を熟知したデザイナーが作り上げるからこそ、高密度織物の特性を最大限に活かしたデザインが生まれます。

  Designs that make the most of the attributes of high-density fabrics are born because they are created by designer who have full knowledge of our textiles.

  ターゲットに近い素材でトワル縫製、よりリアルなレベルでチェックができるのは織物ファクトリーならではのパターンメイキング。ミリ単位にこだわることから良いフォルムが生まれます。

  The advantages of pattern-making at weaving factory include toile sewing with textiles close to the target and checking at a realistic situation. A good form garment is created by the attitude of millimeter-level accuracy.

• プロダクション＆エキシビションProduction＆Exhibition

  

  当社専用ラインを確保した縫製工場と提携。高度なテクニックを持つ技能者と細部にわたる打ち合わせをしながら丁寧なものづくりが行われます。

  We have a partnership with a sewing factory where we have our own line. Careful manufacturing takes place while we discuss details in meetings with highly skilled technicians.

  こうして生まれた提案サンプルは、各地で行われる展示会で紹介、高い評価をいただいています。様々な形で、広い世界へ発信しています。

  Sample garments created in this way have been introduced at exhibitions,receiving high praise. We offer our products in a variety of ways to a wide range of customers.
